Q: How can I place an order?
A: It’s easy! Scan our QR code to load our ordering site, select the menu items and pay securely via credit card. An order confirmation email will be sent to you with a order # to pick up your order in the store location.
Q: Can I customize my order?
A: We try our best to cater to customisations, you can indicate these through the ‘Comment’ field when ordering.
Q: Can I track my order in real-time?
A: Yes, your order status is updated ‘live’ on our order site. You can also refer to the link included in the order confirmation email to check on the progress.
Q: What should I do if there's an issue with my order (e.g., wrong items, missing items)?
A: Kindly check your orders with the staff when collecting them at our shop. You may speak to the staff should there be any issues.
Q: Why should I create an account on your website?
A: Creating an account alows you to make easy repeat orders, your will also enjoy discounts. It is an easy 1-time registration process taking less than 2 minutes.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept only credit/debit cards via online payment.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
A: Yes, our website uses SSL encryption to ensure your payment information is secure. Your credit card information is not stored by us but only by Stripe, an audited and certified Level 1 PCI Service Provider as our payment partner.
Q: What are your operating hours?
A: We are open for weekday lunch (excluding public holidays) and accept orders between 11am to 2pm.
